Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teleperformance team member, located in Pune. The responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. The role also involves meeting performance targets, communicating effectively with team members, and continuously improving service processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in managing records and using CRM systems
• Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
