**Key Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products/services.

* Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

* Handle objections effectively and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

* Consistently achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

* Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an added advantage.
