Job Description

Outbound calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Needs assessment: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Sales achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer engagement: Answer questions, address concerns, and provide information about products. Lead conversion: Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using a CRM system. Customer service: Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction. Team collaboration: Work with the sales team to improve overall sales performance.  Required skills and qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Persuasion: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate with clients. Goal-oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Technical skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and excellent command on ms excel programs. Product knowledge: Ability to learn and explain product details clearly. Problem-solving: Skill in handling customer complaints or issues effectively. Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service is often required.
