Job Description

COMPANY; GROWTHWAY ROLE; TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE SALARY RANGE; 40,000-60,000 PER MONTH LOCATION; 3rd FLOOR, kasi talkies, Ashok Nagar, chennai JOB DESCRIPTION; Growthway is seeking an fresher experienced and driven SALES MANAGER to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to develop. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database. Clearly explain our products/services and their benefits. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Achieve weekly and monthly no target and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on generated leads to convert them into sales. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language. Strong persuasion and convincing ability. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in tele-sales or telemarketing is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: A competitive package ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per year, often with a significant component based on performance incentives and bonuses for meeting targets. Other benefits as per company policy.
