Telemarketing Executive – Office based

Job Location: Pune

Experience: Graduate- Fresher/ Undergrad with 1 year experience

Salary: 23290 CTC + incentives subject to performance

If Fresher - Starting 3th Months - 18631/- CTC - Up to 14500/- in hand

From 4th Month - 23290/- CTC - 18800/- in hand

Employees get retention bonus of around 13k in 5TH month

If Experience - 23290/- CTC - 18800/- in hand (only if all exp docs gets verified )

Responsibility:

• Need to do cold calls and generate leads.
• Need to onboard new clients.
• Should have good communication skills will be preferred.
• Fresher Graduate and Above with good communication skills will be considered

Skill Set Needed:-

• Go getter attitude
• Basic knowledge of methods involved in promoting, and selling products or services
• Outbound calling or sales experience would be an added advantage.
• Good Convincing Skills
• Basic Computer Knowledge English and Regional Language
