Our goal is to build a high-performing, professional team focused on quality lead generation and international client engagement. Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and confident Telemarketing Executives to join our outbound calling team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for life insurance in the UK market. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to UK-based prospects Engage customers, generate interest, and qualify them as leads Maintain accurate call records and achieve daily/weekly targets Follow provided scripts and adhere to compliance guidelines Cold Calling STRICTLY FLUENT ENGLISH Who Should Apply Good verbal communication skills in English Basic Computer Skills Basic Excel Confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven individuals Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Preferred: Candidates residing within a 15 km radius of Rohini Sector 11 Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹27,000 Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 based on performance Other Benefits: Free dinner One-side cab facility Fully air-conditioned workspace Exposure to international processes and clients Work Mode In-office only (No remote or hybrid)
