Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers and existing client lists.
  • Introduce Westcoast Pharmaceutical’s product line and service offerings.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Identify potential leads by researching and reviewing prospects from various sources.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and aligning Westcoast Pharmaceutical’s solutions.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build rapport with potential and current clients, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
  • Handle initial customer concerns and direct complex queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Appointment Setting & Follow-Up:
  • Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Record and update customer information and sales activity in the company CRM system accurately.
  • Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to share insights on market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance telemarketing strategies and personal development.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Adhere to industry regulations and company policies regarding telemarketing practices.
  • Maintain professional standards while representing Westcoast Pharmaceutical in all communications.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and turn objections into opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and telemarketing software.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,788.56 per month
