Designation: Telemarketing Executive Location: Nashik Experience : Min. 1 Year exp Salary: 20,000- 35,000 Joining Status: Immediately The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, promoting products or services, and maintaining customer relationships over the phone. This role involves contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales or appointments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer incoming calls from prospects and resolve queries. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or services. Generate qualified leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up on previous interactions and maintain customer relationships. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and sales quotas. Handle objections professionally and convert cold calls into productive conversations. Provide product/service information and demonstrate value to customers. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align campaign goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Good knowledge of CRM systems and telephone systems is a plus. Minimum qualification: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Skills: Fluent in [local language] and English. Target-driven and results-oriented. Time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service practices.
