Job Description

The Telemarketing Executive- Fresher role based in Chennai within the Food Products Import/Export industry is seeking a proactive and persuasive individual to drive lead generation, manage client interactions, assist with sales coordination, and oversee inbound and outbound communications effectively. As a Telemarketing Executive, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients to secure leads, addressing inbound inquiries by providing pertinent product details, maintaining regular communication with clients through follow-ups, aiding the sales team in scheduling appointments and processing orders, as well as upholding precise records of calls and client engagements. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a graduate degree in any discipline, possess exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, exhibit proficiency in both English and Tamil languages (knowledge of Hindi is advantageous), demonstrate basic computer skills, and preferably have prior experience with CRM tools. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work in Chennai.,
