What You’ll Do:

• Connect with potential clients via calls & emails to promote the products
• Understand customer needs, pitch solutions, and schedule product demos
• Handle sales closures, invoicing & payment collections
• Keep CRM records updated and maintain long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate with good communication skills inEnglish, Hindi & Bengali
• Knowledge of MS Word & Excel
• Experience in Telecalling / BPO (Outbound calls) is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
