Role: Telemarketing, International Tele caller

Location: Chennai, Baid IT Park

Work time: 9AM to 6PM

Experience: 1 to 5 years

( Incentives based on performance)

Job Description:

Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services (Good to have in real estate Expertise)
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Upselling and cross-selling other products that may be useful for clients
Updating customer information such as change of address and phone number
Following-up calls with emails if required.
