As a Tele Marketer at Thillai Shri M R Chits, a reputable chit fund company with over 25 years of experience in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and promoting our transparent and rewarding chit schemes. With a focus on making savings accessible to all, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining chit fund schemes, following up on leads, and convincing customers about the benefits of our plans. You will be expected to maintain detailed records of calls and responses, handle inbound inquiries, and coordinate with sales and admin teams for customer onboarding. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills in Tamil, confidence, persuasion, and the ability to handle rejection positively. Basic knowledge of chit fund operations is a plus, but training will be provided. Proficiency in customer service tools, CRM, or MS Excel is advantageous, along with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
