TELE SALES / MARKETING EXECUTIVCE: B2B Sales Experiences (Spoken Hindi and English Must) Job Responsibilities: • Sales: Generating revenue through sales calls, both inbound and outbound. Experience in Indiamart, Trade India, Alibaba • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone. • Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and qualifying leads for sales teams. • Product Knowledge: Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services. • Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets. • Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential customers. • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities. • Upselling/Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services. • Reporting: Providing regular reports to supervisors on sales performance and lead generation. Skills and Qualifications: • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone. SPOKEN HINDI AND ENGLISH COMPULSORY. • Sales Skills: Knowledge of sales techniques and persuasion strategies. • Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office, Email Marketing, Whatsapp. • Active Listening Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly. • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices and close deals. • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. • Ability to work independently: Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other team members. • Positive Attitude: Ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
