Telemarketer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for our business development efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close sales.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track interactions with potential customers.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture client relationships.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills to effectively close sales and meet targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technology sales, and competitive products to enhance sales pitches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales conversions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage customers effectively through outbound calling techniques.
• Knowledge of business development strategies and marketing principles.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
