Job Description

Responsibility

Provide telephonic counseling to prospective students and parents about various educational programs.
Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication and persuasion.
Conduct teleconferences to promote educational products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the business.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecounselling, preferably in the education industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport with students and parents.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
