Telecommunications Production Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Production Engineer to oversee the manufacturing, assembly, and quality control of telecom products. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production processes for telecom equipment and products
• Monitor assembly, testing, and quality assurance activities
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and QC teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines
• Optimize workflows and improve production efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom or electronics production
• Strong knowledge of telecom systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with testing tools, quality control, and technical documentation
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience in fiber optics, RF systems, or network equipment
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
