Telecom Drafter

Role Overview: You will be working as an Inventor AutoCAD Drafter at Sabre, a market-leading manufacturer of highly-engineered products for utility and telecom markets. Your main responsibility will be to produce designs and drawings to meet engineering specifications, production feasibility, and design accuracy for wireless Monopoles and Utility Steel Structures. You will be required to maintain a high level of quality and adhere to Sabre's standards, processes, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Generate Drawings/ Models using 3D CAD Tool - Prepare and review part fabrication details, assembly drawings, bill of materials, and design layouts based on Engineering specifications in both 2D and 3D models and drawings - Design and detail steel structures and sheet metal enclosures using engineering, drafting skills, and manufacturing experience - Follow Work Instructions - Create manufacturing drawings involving detailed part drawings, sub-assemblies, and assembly drawings - Perform Quality Checks as per the standards - Ensure project deliverables meet the schedule with FTR commitment Qualifications Required: - BE in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field - 1+ years of drafting and detailing experience, preferably in Inventor/AutoCAD with experience in lattice towers, tubular steel poles, mechanical and sheet metal design, and manufacturing - Prior experience with Steel Projects is a plus - Proficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD Mechanical (Part modeling/Assembly/Sheet metal/Drafting) - Understanding of General Engineering and Manufacturing (DFM) - Ability to read and produce drawings as per NEMA, UL Standards - Knowledge of welding and associated codes - Experience working with monopoles and lattice utility structures is a plus - Expertise in creating manufacturing drawings - Quality-conscious, self-driven, and flexible to learn new technologies - Ability to work proactively and independently for assigned work packages Additional Details of the Company: Aeries Technology is a Nasdaq listed global professional services and consulting partner, providing mid-size technology companies with deep vertical specialty, functional expertise, and customized engagement models.
