Proficiency in quality control techniques, industry standards (ISO, UL), and safety regulations is crucial. Strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with statistical quality control methods and tools, proficiency in quality management software and the MS Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are all essential.
