Telecom BSS Architect - 12+ Years of Exp

Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Telecom BSS Architect with 12+ years of experience, based in Chennai with some work from home flexibility. The Telecom BSS Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, project management, and overall system architecture in the telecom sector. Qualifications 1. Total ~12 years of experience in the telecom domain with current role as a solution architect, or as a Lead Business Analyst. 2. Should have experience in any of the COTS products , the more the better(Order Management, Offer Management, Catalog, CRM, Billing, etc) 3. Must have had client facing experience and should be able to handle multiple stakeholders 4. Should have an idea of workflow orchestration using BPM (Pega, Camunda, Flowable, etc) tools and recommendation(Next Best Offer) engines. 5. Even better if they understand the latest use cases implemented across enterprises using Gen AI 5. Even better if they have any development experience early in their career 6. Even better if there is an understanding of TMF modelling 7. NOT candidates who have majority of experience in supporting operations, looking at 1 or 2 prod issues a week. Show more Show less
