Telecalling Sales Girl

JOB ROLE: Raasta Ludhiana is hiring a Telecalling Sales Girl to handle inquiry calls, manage CRM leads and convert bookings.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi / Punjabi – as required)
• Strong telecalling & customer handling skills
• Experience in CRM management — lead entry, follow-ups, pipeline tracking
• Lead generation, nurturing & conversion
• Persuasive sales approach with customer relationship building
• Ability to handle high call volume & continuous follow-ups
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel / WhatsApp / Email)

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of telesales / customer service experience (restaurant / hospitality preferred)
• Experience with guest inquiry calls, table booking, party / event booking leads is an advantage
• Ability to convince customers for restaurant bookings / packages / events / promotions, corporate events & celebrations
• Should be comfortable making outbound calls & maintaining CRM leads
• Should achieve monthly conversion targets
• Immediate joiner preferred

Variable pay based on performance and achieved monthly targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
