Telecalling Sales Freshers

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our PhD Assistance company. You will help students, researchers, and professionals understand our academic support services and guide them to choose the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to students/researchers and explain our PhD guidance services.
• Identify new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Share client requirements with the internal team and ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare simple reports on daily/weekly sales activities.
• Support the team in reaching business targets.

Skills Needed:

• Good communication (English + regional language preferred).
• Confidence in speaking with students and professionals.
• Basic knowledge of sales/education services.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Team player with problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate (Business/Marketing/English preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales/BD can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
