Telecalling officer

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources and recruitment. We wil provide training during first 4 months of traininf (internship) period. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles. Successful interns may be offered a permanent position based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, profile validation, follow-up, engagement, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
• Source candidates from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Ensure a high conversion ratio from profile submittals to interviews and successful placements.
• Assist in various HR tasks as required.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities as the need arises.
• Maintain and update candidate records on various platforms (Excel, ATS).
• Actively participate in developing and improving recruitment processes.
