TruColors ( Our Brand - Prepster) is a fast emerging school wear brand focused on giving fashionable, high quality School uniforms. We are headquartered in Coimbatore and serving across South-India. Designation : Client Support-Telugu Telecaller
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers (schools, parents, and retailers) with uniform-related inquiries.
Provide clear information on fabric quality, sizes, colors, and availability. Address customer concerns regarding orders, exchanges, or customizations.
Inform customers about uniform stock availability and upcoming restocks.
Update customers on order status, expected delivery, and any delays. Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm stock details before responding to customer queries.
Guide customers to the nearest store or warehouse based on their location.
Provide clear directions, working hours, and contact details. Assist parents in choosing the right uniform sets based on school guidelines.
