Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Shirpur

Experience: Minimum 6 months 1 year (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Education Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Salary: 6 to 8,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales and marketing team by providing accurate information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records in CRM.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information regarding products.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate with field executives.
Maintain call logs, customer feedback, and follow-up reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and quality standards during all telephonic interactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Daily call volume and quality of communication.
Lead generation and conversion rate.
Customer follow-up accuracy and consistency.
Team coordination and reporting discipline.
Achievement of monthly sales and incentive targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling preferred).
Confident, target-oriented, and team player.
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (English preferred).
