Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote real estate sales. Handle inbound inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and building rapport with clients. Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using internal systems. Provide timely updates and report work progress to the management team. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive client experience. PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Strong communication, persuasion, and influencing skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written). Experience: 0–5 years in telecalling, customer service, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply. Ready to work in weekends and take rotational week off
