Job Title: Telugu-Speaking Tele Collection Executive 📍 Location: 244, CHANDOK CENTRE, Pathari Rd, Thousand Lights East, Thousand Lights, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600006 🕒 Shift Timing:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (may extend based on closing) 6 days working / 1 rotational week off 🧑‍💼 Role Overview:As a Tele Collection Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, assisting them in clearing outstanding debts, and negotiating repayment plans. This role requires strong communication skills in Telugu and a customer-centric approach to resolve payment issues while maintaining positive client relationships. ✅ Required Qualifications:Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu (mandatory); knowledge of Tamil is a plus. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in tele collection or recovery process. 💰 Compensation & Benefits:Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (take-home) Additional Benefits: Incentives: Performance-based incentives.
