We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients over the phone, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable real estate options. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls from provided leads and convert them into qualified prospects. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY : Make outbound calls to potential clients. Recommend suitable properties based on client requirements. Generate interest in available listings and schedule property viewings with the sales team. Record and update client interactions and progress using CRM systems. QUALIFICATION : Prior experience in Telesales, real estate, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills. Ability to handle client objections and build rapport quickly over the phone. Basic understanding of real estate products and the local property market is an advantage. Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
