Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Promote products/services and explain their features to prospective clients. Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful deals. Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly. Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-ups to close sales. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and meet organizational goals. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call center software is a plus. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any field. Working Hours: [Insert working hours, e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 days a week]
