Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our loan department. The telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products (personal loan, business loan, etc.), answering queries, and converting leads into successful applications. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Explain loan products and services to clients over the phone. Understand customer needs and offer suitable loan solutions. Follow up on interested clients and maintain regular contact. Maintain proper records of calls and client interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead. Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for loan processing. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (loan/finance background preferred). Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of loan products and financial terminology. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
