Job Title: Loan Sales Executive Location: BHUBANESWAR Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Banking & Financial Services Reports To: Sales Manager /SALES EXECUTIVE Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, assessing their loan needs, and guiding them through the loan application process. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of various loan products. Key Responsibilities:Proactively generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals. Explain and promote various loan products: personal loans, home loans, business loans, and loan against property (LAP). Understand customer requirements, assess eligibility, and offer suitable loan solutions. Collect and verify customer documents and ensure smooth processing with internal teams. Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into successful disbursals. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with product knowledge, interest rates, and market trends. Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th Experience: 1+ years in loan sales (NBFCs, banks, or DSA preferred) Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record Good knowledge of credit policies and documentation Ability to work independently and in teams Preferred:Experience in selling unsecured loans or mortgage products Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and Google Sheets Compensation:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Travel Allowance (if applicable) Perks & Benefits:Monthly incentives and performance bonuses Growth opportunities within the company Training and support from experienced professionals
