Job Description

iPremium Care is looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to join our customer engagement team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to explain our services, respond to queries, and generate interest or leads. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers from provided leads or databases. Explain iPremium Care’s services, offers, and membership plans in a clear and engaging manner. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up on leads and maintain call logs. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times. Skills & Qualifications:12th Pass or Graduate in any field. Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language. Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking manner. Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel). Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
