iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd is 15 years old company having it's presence in 12 cities across PAN India with over 4000 employees. We are looking for a dedicated BPO Telesales with expertise in the any Tele-sales process to join our team at iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd in Dehradun (Our Corporate Office), located at Race Course Road, Dehradun. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, Sell our services and to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹13,000 - ₹16,000 along with a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales. Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales. Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards. Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 0.5 - 3 years of experience in Tele-sales role and should be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift. Max Age - 28 Years
