We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into customers by promoting our products/services. A good understanding of customer service and the ability to communicate effectively is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads provided. Explain products/services and generate interest. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally. Maintain customer database and update call records regularly. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent communication cycle. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead. Provide accurate information and maintain a positive brand image
