We’re looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our team! Your role will involve contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our loan products, explain benefits, and convert leads into sales. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Promote and explain loan products (personal, home, or business loans) Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects Convince customers and close sales over the phone Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets Update CRM or call logs accurately. Minimum 10th pass / Graduate in any stream Excellent communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of financial or loan products is a plus Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated Good listening and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Hindi, English, or regional languages
