KRA Telecaller (New Leads & Appointments)

1. Lead Management

• Handle and contact new leads provided by the company.
• Perform lead churning through regular follow-ups on pending and old leads.
• Update lead status, remarks, and outcomes accurately in CRM or tracking sheets.

2. Calling Activity

• Make a minimum of 120-200 outbound calls per day.
• Follow approved calling scripts and company communication standards.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.

3. Appointment Generation

• Generate and confirm a minimum of 15 appointments per day.
• Ensure appointment details (time, location, requirement) are correct.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales/field team for smooth handover.

4. Communication & Convincing Skills

• Demonstrate good communication skills with clarity and confidence.
• Exhibit strong convincing and persuasion abilities to convert leads into appointments.
• Handle customer objections effectively and build customer trust.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image during interactions.

5. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports including:
  
• Total calls made
• Leads contacted
• Appointments fixed
• Follow-ups pending
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.

6. Productivity, Compliance & Discipline

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.
• Follow company policies, data confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.

7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily call target achievement (120-200 calls/day)
• Appointment generation (minimum 15/day)
• Lead conversion and follow-up efficiency
• Quality of communication and customer handling
• Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reporting
