Consultant Dermatologist Hair & Skin (Multi-City) Reporting To: Medical Director / CEO Location: Multi-city operations (5 designated clinics) Travel Requirement: 10–15 days/month (as per roster) 1. Core Responsibilities • Conduct patient consultations for all dermatology, trichology, and aesthetic concerns. • Perform and oversee skin & hair treatments, including but not limited to: • PRP / GFC / Exosome therapy • Laser hair reduction • Medifacials, peels, and pigmentation management • Acne, scar, and anti-aging treatments • Hair restoration and scalp rejuvenation therapies • Administer injectable aesthetic procedures: • Botox, Fillers, Profhilo, Skin boosters • Ensure natural, safe, and ethical outcomes. • Supervise and train junior doctors and technicians performing procedures at all centers. • Conduct pre- and post-procedure counseling, ensuring complete patient understanding and satisfaction. 2. Quality & Compliance • Maintain clinical hygiene and sterilization protocols across all centers. • Ensure patient consent forms, medical records, and photo documentation are accurately maintained. • Follow all medical ethics, safety standards, and brand SOPs. • Monitor compliance of all clinical staff with Cosmo Looks / Clinic protocols during multi-city visits. 3. Patient Experience & Retention • Achieve high patient satisfaction ratings (above 90%). • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and care plans. • Support the sales and consultation team by recommending suitable treatments and packages based on medical need and brand ethos. • Ensure re-visits and retention of patients through proactive engagement and results-driven care. 4. Training & Team Development • Conduct monthly training workshops for doctors and technicians on: • Latest aesthetic protocols • Safety & emergency handling • Injection techniques and procedural updates • Evaluate doctor performance and recommend skill enhancement plans. 5. Brand Representation & Business Support • Participate in launches, live demos, and CME sessions across 5 cities. • Represent the brand at medical conferences, influencer events, and press interactions as needed. • Provide feedback on product efficacy, technology upgrades, and patient trends to management. 6. Documentation & Reporting • Submit daily case logs, before-after documentation, and treatment outcomes to HO. • Maintain monthly reports of: • Total consultations • Conversion ratios • Repeat patients • Procedure mix and feedback • Share city-wise performance insights for medical and marketing alignment.

Patient Flow & Management • Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of treatments to avoid delays and enhance patient experience. • Conduct detailed consultations, explain procedures, expected results, and address patient concerns effectively. • Ensure proper pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions are communicated to patients. • Manage follow-ups , calling patient to generate flow in clinic and track patient progress for optimal treatment outcomes. 3. Customer Service & Patient Satisfaction • Build strong rapport with patients to ensure a high retention rate. • Maintain a warm, professional, and trustworthy approach in patient interactions. • Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution. • Encourage patient testimonials and success stories to enhance clinic credibility. 4. Revenue Growth & Clinic Profitability • Recommend complementary treatments, upsell higher-value procedures, and cross-sell skincare/haircare products for better patient outcomes and increased revenue. • Ensure high conversion rates from consultations to treatment sign-ups. • Promote membership plans and packages to encourage repeat visits. • Minimize treatment wastage and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. 5.
