Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients and generate sales leads.
  • Explain the company’s gifting solutions, offers, and services to prospects.
  • Schedule appointments and connect prospects with the Sales Manager for closures.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure conversion from leads to orders.
  • Maintain a database of calls, leads, and client interactions.
  • Work closely under the guidance of the Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling / inside sales / telesales (corporate gifting or B2B sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi (optional), and regional languages (preferred).
  • Ability to handle objections and build positive client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
