Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele calling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in Excel. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills - languages required, e.g., English and Hindi]. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
