ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Telecalling Executive, you will call potential clients and talk to them about our product plans. Your job is to understand their needs and fix meetings with our sales team. You will explain basic details over the phone, clear their doubts, and arrange the right time for a detailed discussion. This role will help you improve your communication skills and learn how a company works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reach out to prospective and existing clients to introduce and explain the company’s products and services.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team or senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing timely updates, clear communication, and professional support.
• Collaborate with the client advisory team to ensure client needs, preferences, and concerns are properly understood and addressed.
• Identify potential business opportunities and share relevant market insights to support business growth.
• Follow up on client inquiries promptly to enhance engagement, ensure clarity, and improve conversion rates.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or client coordination is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
