Role Overview

As an Investor Partnership Advisor, you will act as an investment consultant representing the RAC Ecosystem Fund. Your responsibility is to educate, advise, and onboard investors into our partnership fund — offering them quarterly dividends, capital gains, and shareholding growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Understand and communicate the RAC ecosystem and fundraising model clearly to

potential investors.

● Conduct client awareness sessions, investment consultations, and presentations.

● Generate and manage leads through inbound/outbound channels.

● Participate in the RAC Cross Pitching Challenge during onboarding.

● Achieve a minimum monthly commitment of ₹35L during the probation period.

● Report daily activities, follow-ups, and closures to the Fundraising Manager.

● Build strong client relationships and contribute to RAC’s brand reputation.

Eligibility

● Age 20–28 | Graduate in any discipline

● Strong communication, confidence, and presence

● Prior experience in investment / real estate / insurance / edtech sales preferred

● Ability to work under pressure & high-energy environment

● Fluent in English & Malayalam

Compensation

● 15-20k / month (appreciation after successful probation)

● Incentives 2% of deal value (2L /1Crore)

● Career growth path to ₹25 LPA+ within 12 months
