Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Telecaller to join our Sales Department at AIONINNO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting our products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The goal is to boost company sales, address customer inquiries effectively, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Telecaller will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and achieving business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products and services. Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain and update the customer database regularly. Record details of sales calls and customer interactions. Follow up with leads to convert them into sales. Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain quality standards. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
