1. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales & service teams. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer‐focused approach. 2. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services. Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain follow-up with prospects and convert leads into appointments/visits. Update customer details, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM/software. Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams for lead management. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead targets. Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalate issues when required. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and quality in communication at all times. 3. Requirements PUC / Diploma / Graduate in any field. Proven experience as a Tele Caller or Customer Support Executive (preferred). Excellent communication in Kannada & basic English; Hindi is an added advantage. Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry). 4.
