Female Tele caller / Tele-Sales Executive ( Kannada)

Location: Solar, Erode, Tamil Nadu

Salary & Facilities:

Fixed salary: ₹12,000 per month

Bus facility available for commuting

Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and fluent Tele calling candidates who can communicate well in Telugu, and Kannada to make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and generate sales/conversions. The role is based in Solar, Erode, with good transport options via the provided bus facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada to introduce and sell products/services
• Handling customer enquiries over the phone
• Explaining product features, benefits, prices
• Overcoming customer objections and closing sales wherever possible
• Maintaining accurate call & lead records in CRM or relevant software
• Coordinating with the sales / support team for follow-ups
• Reporting progress to supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Kannada (speaking & understanding)
• Good telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (typing, internet, basic software)
• Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support is a plus
• Resilience, ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently

Working Hours & Other Conditions

Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Bus facility provided to/from work (details to be clarified at offer)

Incentives / commission will be provided based on performance (if applicable)
