Role Overview: You will be working as a part of the Inbound Technical Support Process at Adeeba E Services Pvt. Ltd in Salt Lake office. Your main responsibility will be to speak with customers from the US, resolve their technical issues, provide solutions, and offer relevant services and packages through cold calling.
