Role Overview: As an Inbound Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for speaking with customers from the US through cold calling, resolving technical issues, providing solutions, and promoting relevant services and packages. Key Responsibilities: - Speak with customers from the US through cold calling and effectively resolve technical issues - Provide customers with appropriate solutions and promote relevant services and packages Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification required is H.S - Experience in international BPO InSales is preferred - Prior experience in technical support sales (outbound/inbound) is advantageous - Must possess good communication skills - Knowledge in call closing and sales for tech support is desirable - Should be flexible for night shifts Please note that you are required to have good communication skills and be flexible for night shifts to be considered for this role at Adeeba E Services Pvt.
