Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the recruitment process by calling for hiring of staff through different sources. You should have a good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases to efficiently manage candidate applications. Updating job descriptions to attract suitable candidates will also be a part of your role. Your duties will include sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position to effectively communicate with candidates and team members. Previous tele calling experience will be beneficial in this role to engage with potential candidates and provide them with necessary information about the job opportunities.,
