Job Description

The role involves coordinating project management activities and drawings, creating and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports. You will be working closely with a team and consultants from various disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, and structure. Experience in coordinating between different consultants for drawings of residential buildings is essential. The ideal candidate should have successfully completed at least one project from start to finish. Additionally, experience in vendor finalization and rate negotiation for various finishing items is preferred. Flexibility to travel to Panvel is required for this position. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination and management.,
