As we expand, we seek a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to support our sales and client engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities:Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases. Explain the company’s services clearly and professionally to prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team. Schedule appointments and site visits for the design consultants. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain a strong pipeline. Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to optimize conversion strategies. Handle initial client queries and ensure timely communication. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]. Strong listening skills and the ability to handle rejections professionally. A go-getter attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Background in interior design, architecture, or real estate industry is an added advantage.
