We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
• Maintain call logs, update the CRM, and manage customer databases.
• Handle inbound inquiries, resolve basic customer queries, and provide accurate information.
• Follow up consistently to ensure lead conversion and client satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales goals.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: +2 / Degree.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
