Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and franchise leads Convert inquiries into confirmed product sales or franchise sign-ups Maintain brand voice and tailor communication strategies per brand identity Track daily/weekly call logs and provide detailed reports Handle follow-ups, lead nurturing, and relationship building effectively Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation alignment Handle objections professionally and close deals with confidence Understand each brand's offering thoroughly and pitch accordingly Work with CRM tools and maintain an updated lead database Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: Marathi (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
